Each season brings with it changes in weather, these changes, however, affect our skin, bring a lack of moisture, and cause irritations and crackings.

Homemade masks are the safest to get stunning, flawless bright skin. I have come up with the best homemade masks that are free of harmful chemicals using ingredients that are available in the kitchen. These homemade natural face masks will help you get lightning-glowing skin.

Homemade Natural Masks

1. Honey and rice flour

Honey can do miracles to your skin, it doesn’t taste only delicious but it is full of vitamins, nutrients, and other healing components that are beneficial for your health and skin. It can moisturize, exfoliate, treat acne, and clean pores.

You need:

  • A  bowl
  • A soft cosmetic  brush
  • Honey
  • Rice flour

In a mixing bowl put 2 tablespoons of honey with 1 tablespoon of rice flour. Combine well. Apply the mask with a brush. leave for 15 minutes. Rinse with lukewarm water.

2. Banana and olive oil Face Mask

You need:

In a bowl put the half-smushed banana, add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil, 1 teaspoon of milk powder, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Mix the ingredients. Apply the mask and leave it until it dries well.

3. Chickpeas flour and  plain yogurt

You need:

  • A bowl and a soft brush
  • chickpeas flour
  • plain yoghurt (natural yoghurt)
  • almond oil

In a bowl mix 1 tablespoon of chickpeas powder,1 tablespoon of plain yoghurt, and 1 teaspoon of almond oil. Mix well and apply the mask for 20 – 30 minutes.

4. Cocoa powder and honey

You need:

  •  Honey
  • Cocoa powder
  • Olive oil

In a mixing bowl mix 1 tablespoon of cocoa with 1 tablespoon of honey and 1 teaspoon of olive oil. Apply the mask on the entire face. Keep it for 20 minutes then rinse.

5. Egg-white face mask

Egg whites are rich in proteins that nourish, moisturize, and help to tighten skin pores.

You need:

  • One egg white
  • squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

In a bowl add 1 egg white, a few drops of lemon juice, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Blend well and apply the mask on your face until it dries.

 Tips to obtain better results

  • Apply one of these masks 2 times a week.
  • Rinse your face with cool water and then rub an ice cube on your face.
  • Apply a hydrating creme after the mask.
  • Massage your skin with circular motions while applying the creme.
  • If you have sensitive skin don’t use lemon juice.
