Face Masks for Dull Tired Skin during the quarantine

As we are all quarantined at home during the period of COVID-19 ( coronavirus), our skin gets tired and dull due to the stressful conditions that we are in. Now, it’s a good time to treat your skin and take care of it while you are at home to make yourself beautiful and comfortable at home with natural ingredients that are available in your kitchen.

The following natural face masks that I handpicked are homemade and safe, above all, they will keep your skin healthy, fresh, and moisturized. But, keep in mind that these masks are deep cleansers and scrubs at the same time.

Natural Face Masks

1. Cocoa powder and Rice

Natural Face Mask

Cocoa powder is rich in antioxidants that detoxify the skin and increase its elasticity.

Rice flour soaks the excess sebum on your skin and makes it more fresh and healthy.

You need :

  1. 1 TBSP of cocoa powder
  2. 1 teaspoon of rice flour or powder
  3. 2 tbsp of plain yogurt
  4. 1 teaspoon of rose water

Mix up all the ingredients and apply them on clean skin for 15 minutes.

2. White Eggs

Egg whites are rich in vitamins and minerals that can benefit the skin and helps greasy skin and prevent acne and blackheads.

You need:

  • One white egg
  • 1 TBSP of flour
  • 1 TSP of honey

Mix all the ingredients together and apply the mask for 20 minutes. Rinse with warm water. Spray your skin with fresh rose water and apply a moisturizing cream.

3. Banana and Turmeric

Turmeric has antiseptic and inflammatory properties that prevent acne and soothe dry skin.

Banana is rich in potassium, and vitamin A and B fight wrinkles and blemishes hydrate your skin and make it more soft and supple.

You need :

Apply the mask for 15 minutes and rinse with warm water

4. Green Clay and rose water

Mix up all the ingredients together until you obtain a creamy mixture. Apply for 25 minutes.
