Flaxseed Gel Preparation
You need
- 2 tablespoons of flaxseeds.
- 1 cup of water.
Instructions
- In a saucepan put 2 tablespoons of flaxseed and one cup of water over medium heat. Stir gradually until the water boils and you obtain a thick sticky gel.
- Let the gel cool for a few seconds and then pour the flaxseed gel through a strainer.
Flaxseed Mask Gel on Hair
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, and coconut oil with a quantity of flaxseed gel. Apply it to your hair for about 1 hour.
- You can apply flaxseed gel on your skin.
