How Coriander Can Radiate and Revitalize Your Skin
Coriander known also as Cilantro or Chinese parsley is an annual herb that belongs to the Apiaceae family. It is a spice that is produced from the seeds of the plant and its leaves are used as a flavouring agent to prepare delicious recipes, but this leafy green grass has a bunch of benefits for the skin as it’s rich in vitamin C, iron, beta-carotene, and antioxidants.
However, coriander can treat many skin problems like oily skin, acne, dry skin, and ageing. The antioxidants in coriander prevent and protect skin from free radicals and slow down the signs of ageing. Vitamins A and C prevent vision disorders and improve eyesight.
This leafy plant is also beneficial in treating bad breath and improving mouth health due to its antiseptic component that helps treat mouth wounds and ulcers. Thus chewing coriander seeds every day for five minutes is helpful to get rid of mouth problems and get fresh breath.
Coriander has also antiseptic and antifungal properties that disinfect your skin and clean up your skin from excess sebum.
