Sometimes after dinner, we crave something sweet. This chocolate coffee flan is easy to prepare and doesn’t take much of your time especially if you are a dessert lover and passionate about cooking.
Ingredients ( 6 servings)

Caramel
- 130 grams of sugar.
- Cook until the sugar caramelized. Pay attention! do not overcook your caramel because it will burn.
- put the caramel in the ramekins. Let over 1 tablespoon of caramel because you are going to use it after.
First step

coffee cream flan:
- you need 400 ml of coffee.
- 50 grams of chocolate.
- 2 tablespoons of cornflour.
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
In a saucepan, put coffee, sugar, and cornflour over medium heat, and stir gradually for 1 minute then add chocolate and mix again until you obtain a thick cream.
-put the coffee cream on the caramel and let it cool.
Second Step

Milk cream
- 400ml of milk.
- 2 tablespoons of cornflour.
- 2 tablespoons of sugar.
- Vanilla.
Use the same saucepan that you used to cook caramel, pour milk, sugar, and cornflour, and cook over medium heat until you obtain a thick beige cream. Finally, add vanilla and mix well.
Pour the cream on the first coffee cream and let it cool in the fridge for over 6 hours.
