Top Remedies to Stop Sweating
Millions of people around the world suffer from sweating or what we call Hyperhydrosis in their daily lives regardless of the season. But why do we sweat? What’s its purpose and how does it work?
There are two types of sweat glands
- Eccrine: The most common sweat that occurs on the palms, forehead, hands, and soles of the feet.

Sweating is something natural that controls the body temperature by evaporating energy molecules from the skin through tiny holes when the body starts overheating.
Apocrine and Eccrine glands release a fat-laden sweat that releases a bad odour that gets activated during hormonal changes, exercises, eating spicy foods, alcohol, and high temperatures.
