7 Days Diet Menu Detox Plan

here is a 7-day diet menu detox to follow to lose weight and enjoy better physical and mental health.

Diet Menu Detox Day 1

Breakfast

  • Sugar-free juice
  • 25 grams of oatmeal
  • black grapes
  • 150 ml of skimmed milk

Lunch

  • Steamed leeks with vinaigrette.
  • 125 g potato and pumpkin puré
  • 100g white natural cheese 0% fats
  • 180 g fresh pineapple

Snack

  • Banana porridge

Dinner

  • Baked salmon with parsley and artichokes

Day 2 Good Job!

Breakfast

  • Sugar-free juice.
  • 25 grams of oatmeal
  • 150 ml of skimmed milk
  • 1 Kiwi

Lunch

  • cabbage soup
  • 1 small grilled chicken breast
  • Cucumber salad
  • 1 Orange

Snack

  • a handful of dry fruits or unsalted popcorn

Dinner

  • steamed artichoke with vinaigrette
  • 2 soft-boiled eggs
  • Tomato and cucumber salad

Day 3 Diet Menu Detox

Breakfast

  • Green juice made up of lemon, ginger, and mint
  • 25 grams of oatmeal
  • 150 ml of skimmed milk
  • Strawberry

Lunch

  • 1 small grilled chicken breast 
  • Bulgur wheat salad with cucumber and tomato (Tabouli)
  • 1 bio Greek yoghurt

Snack

  • Natural fruit juice

Dinner

  • Vegetable soup (leek, carrot, onion)
  • Steamed broccoli with vinaigrette
  • Beet juice

On day 4 you feel good! keep it up

Breakfast

  • Green tea
  • Two slices of wholemeal bread with raspberry jam

Lunch

  • 1 avocado topped with lemon vinaigrette, cucumber, and carrot salad.
  • 1 fillet of steamed fish+60 grams of bulgur.

Snack

  • Almonds
  • banana smoothie

Dinner

  • Spinach salad and chicken soup with ravioli and fresh coriander.
  • Cinnamon applesauce.

Day 5 you’re doing great! keep going

Breakfast

  • Warm water with lemon slices and cucumber.
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs with 1 slice of rye bread and almond butter.

Lunch

  • raw beets with vinaigrette and 1tbl of olive oil.
  • 150 grams of grilled turkey fillet with paprika.
  • fat-free fried broccoli.
  • 1 apple.

Snack

  • 1 apple

Dinner

  • 1 portion of vegetable soup+2 boiled eggs+fresh$cucumper tomato and olive salad.

Day 6 You’re on the right way

Breakfast

  • Lukewarm water with lemon and cucumber slices
  • Green tea or coffee without sugar
  • a bowl of fruit salad

Lunch

  • 1 bowl of cabbage soup
  • 1 slice of multi-grain bread
  • seasonal fruit

Snack

  • Low-fat cottage cheese and cucumber slices

Dinner

  • 60g of semi-whole rice.
  • 100g steamed salmon.
  • 1 cup of carrot juice.

Day 7 Excellent you did it!

Breakfast

  • Lukewarm water with lemon and cucumber slices
  • Fruit compote
  • Green tea or coffee without sugar

Lunch

  • Mashed potato with turkey breast fillet
  • Mixed salad: lettuce, beets, olives, tuna, and corn.
  • orange juice

Snack

  • green smoothie

Dinner

  • Carrot soup with ginger
  • Kale, quinoa, and artichoke salad
  • seasonal fruit

After following this 7-day diet menu detox your body will be relaxed and cleaned. It’s hard at the beginning but you will get used to it.
